Often what I make in terms of objects is contingent upon finding objects with fit with my idea. In this case, I found a vintage 'book box'. I could re-inhabit this object, putting it to work to tell a story about how many of the facts of Australia's colonial history are right there in front of us. It is about choosing to see.
