A dialogue is a garland of fragments

This neckpiece is part of a set of works made during my Master of Fine Arts at the University of Tasmania. It has been exhibited at several locations including at Compass: an exploration of places, space and belonging- No Vacancy Gallery Melbourne (Artaviso 2023), New York Contemporary Jewellery Week, Truth or Dare (Adornaxis 2023), and Paper towns and abandoned places: contemporary jewellery and object responses to what we take, what we cast off and what might have been (Plimsoll Gallery 2024). 

Made from engraved copper with embedded text and patina the neckpieces voice ideas of history, place and acknowledgement.
