Tasmanian contemporary jewellery maker Janine Combes has used pieces of grass tree from her property on Bruny Island, Tasmania to produce these silver drop earrings. Janine says that she has always loved the grass trees and has been looking at the shapes within the grass tree 'fronds' for a long time thinking about how to incorporate these into her jewellery pieces.
