Why I make art

Many of us are aware that the world is changing, but rarely do we talk about it. 

 Making art and talking with others are two ways of making sense of the world around us.

In my art practice I combine art and social sciences skills to

explore what we value, what we might lose, and what we hope for. 

​

Art can also bear witness to the changes we see, celebrate

what we value, and inspire us to act for change.
